Shadow Of The Serpent Fort

In the aftermath of Alexander the Great’s campaign in India, the Greek satraps left behind seek to expand their influence and claim new territories. Among them is Peithon, the ambitious satrap of Western India, who sets his sights on the peaceful Deccan kingdom. When the king dies unexpectedly, the fate of the realm hangs in the balance as a newborn prince becomes the center of a deadly struggle for power.

Malhar, an elite soldier and fiercely loyal defender of the kingdom, finds himself drawn into a web of political intrigue, betrayal, and war. As treacherous ministers conspire with foreign powers and enemies gather at the kingdom’s borders, he must fight to protect the young prince and preserve the future of his homeland.

Alongside Count Satya, his trusted patron, and Lalita, the spirited woman who captures his heart, Malhar confronts ruthless adversaries, uncovers hidden conspiracies, and explores the mysterious Fort Naaga. There, long-buried secrets come to light—revelations that could reshape his understanding of his past and determine the destiny of the kingdom itself.
